About the Program
The Human Medicine Program at the Global University College of Science and Health offers a unique educational experience for male and female students by adopting American medical pathways. This enables students to obtain an internationally accredited Bachelor’s degree in Medicine under the supervision of highly experienced doctors and educators. The program is supported by a comprehensive educational system and fully equipped laboratories with the latest teaching and learning tools.

Program Advantages:

  • Adoption of American academic pathways at Washington University of Health and Science.
  • Obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education in Palestine.
  • An intensive study plan based on semester-based course distribution instead of credit hours, enabling students to complete the theoretical phase in 3 years (equivalent to 3 semesters per academic year), along with one preparatory semester for the USMLE exam, and completing the clinical phase in 2 years (equivalent to 76 weeks).
  • GUCSH and WUHS  arrange clinical training for each student with leading hospitals in the US, UK, Canada, Jordan, and Turkey.
  • Preparing students and enhancing their skills to pass the USMLE licensing exams.

Admission Requirements:

  • Theoretical Phase:
    Successful completion of high school with a minimum average of 85% in the scientific stream.
    *Graduates of other examinations (e.g., SAT, IGCSE/International GCSE, Psychometric Test, or Bagrut exams) will have their scores evaluated and approved by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education to match the above-mentioned standards.
  • Practical Phase:
    Successful completion of the theoretical phase, followed by taking the USMLE Review Exam.

Financial Costs:

  • Fixed Registration Fees:
    $100 per semester (applies to all majors).
  • Theoretical Phase Fees:
    $4,500 USD per semester (this phase includes 7 semesters if the student passes all successfully).
  • USMLE Review Semester Fees:
    $5,500 USD per semester (this semester is dedicated to the USMLE licensing exam – Washington University Pathway).
  • Practical Phase Fees:
    Costs vary depending on the training country, including hospitals in Jordan, Turkey, the UK, Canada, and the US.
